All image processing occurs locally in your browser; no images are uploaded to or stored on our servers.

Users of Batch Shots are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to use, upload, and process any images with our service. Batch Shots is not responsible for any copyright or intellectual property violations arising from your use of the service. You must use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You retain all rights to your original images. We claim no ownership over the images you process using our service.

4A. User Content, Ownership, and Lifetime Pro Access

All images and content uploaded or processed using Batch Shots remain the sole property of the user. Batch Shots does not store, view, or transmit your images to our servers; all processing occurs locally in your browser. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and process any images with our service. Batch Shots is not responsible for any copyright or intellectual property violations arising from your use of the service.

"Lifetime" access to Pro features means you will have access to all Pro features for as long as Batch Shots is operated and maintained as a service. If Batch Shots is discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to provide Pro users with access to the software code or to open source the application, enabling continued use.

5. Disclaimers

• Batch Shots is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data that may occur during processing. Users are responsible for keeping their own backups.
• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or effectiveness of the SEO name generation feature.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, or from any legal claims arising from your content.
